Leslie Baker, MA, MFT, NCC Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #28252
Licensed since 1991, Leslie has over twenty years of experience in the field of psychotherapy. She graduated Magna cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development/Family Studies from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. She earned her Master of Arts degree from Antioch University in Santa Barbara.
Prior to the start of her full-time practice in Pleasanton, Leslie worked in group homes for the physically and emotionally challenged, the public school system as a behavior specialist and as an Associate in child abuse agencies and eating disorder clinics.
What is a Pre-Licensed Registered Associate?
A pre-licensed therapist at Therapy2Thrive® Counseling Center is a pre-licensed Registered Associate that has completed their Master’s Degree in counseling, social work or clinical psychology who works under the supervision of the LMFT Therapy2Thrive® founder, Leslie Baker, MA or one of her licensed and trained supervisors. The fees Registered Associates charge reflect their pre-licensure status and provides the community with greater access to therapy services. Therapy2Thrive® Associates bring their education, training, special areas of interests and experience to their counseling work with clients.
