Requesting an Appointment…
How do I make an appointment with a Therapy2Thrive® Counselor?
Both Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists and Registered Associates (pre-licensure) are available for appointments.
The Counselors tab at the top has helpful information regarding years of experience, education, advanced training, areas of expertise, focus and interest.
Day and evening appointment times are available.
Client Forms…
The therapist will send you a link to the client portal. The email that you receive will come from Ruby Hill Marriage and Family Counseling Center. Please click on the link and follow the instructions to create a login account with username and password. Keep your login and password safe; you will need this information to access online forms & your account.
Policies and Rates…
CONFIDENTIALITY: Therapy2Thrive® maintains the confidentiality of all clients with a few exceptions as required by state laws and/or our professional ethics.
CONFIDENTIALITY WITH MINOR CLIENTS: Therapy2Thrive® protects the confidential relationship between minor and therapist in order to build trust. Therapy2Thrive® supports informing parents of their child’s progress by offering generalities and helpful guidance. Parents are also informed about crisis situations, where the parents’ support is necessary for protection of the child.
FEES: Both Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists and non-Licensed (post-masters) Registered Associates provide counseling services at Therapy2Thrive®. Therapy2Thrive® therapists charge different rates that reflect their education, training, and years of experience. Please call to discuss our fee structure. Fees are payable at the beginning of each session by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), cash or check.
PAYMENT: Therapy2Thrive® clients pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), cash or check at the time of service made out to Therapy2Thrive.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES: When your appointment day and time is arranged with your Therapy2Thrive® therapist, the day and time of this appointment is set aside solely in your name. Since your appointment is a reservation of a day and time, Therapy2Thrive® requires a 48-hour cancellation notice for cancelled or changed appointments. All sessions that are cancelled less than 48 hours beforehand or missed altogether will be charged the full session fee.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT INSURANCE:
- Therapy2Thrive® therapists do not accept insurance but will provide therapy as an out-of-network provider. Please contact your insurance provider to see if your insurance covers out-of-network providers and to verify the terms of your policy. Traditionally, insurance companies only cover Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. Registered Associates are not generally covered by insurance plans.
- Therapy2Thrive® provides clients a statement called a Super Bill at the end of each week for submission directly to your insurance company. However, payment of services in full occurs at the time of service.
- Please note the Super Bill provided to your insurance requires a diagnosis and dates of services. This statement contains mental health information that becomes part of your medical record and history with your insurance carrier.
- Super Bills in some cases can be utilized to submit to Flexible Spending accounts for reimbursement. Please check if this option is eligible under the terms of your Flexible Spending Plan.
